If your email is being rejected when you try sending from your PC, check that the IP allocated to you by your ISP is spam blocked or not. Point your browser to -

http://www.netsonic.net/rblcheck.php

..the page will check against the four most popular RBL lists for the IP your PC is using. If you are listed, copy and paste the information displayed on the page to your ISP.
